
The Leite Seridó Project was concivied by the Instituto BioSistêmico (IBS), organization that also responds for the execution of all actions of the Project.
IBS - Instituto BioSistêmico
Founded in may 2006, the IBS is a private organization of consultancy and thecnical assistence and rural extension. It was formed from the union of professionals and skills, with the objective of supporting and stimulating the growth and development of the agricultural sector.

Headquartered in Piracicaba-SP, IBS has offices in the states of Bahia, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Paraíba, Paraná, Rio Grande do Norte and São Paulo. Executes projects throughout Brazil, in the areas of Agriculture, technical assistance and rural extension, ESG, Environment and Livestock.

CheckMilk
For the execution of the dairy farming projects, the Instituto BioSistêmico uses the CheckMilk methodology, which has a platform with a management system and application for technical teams and producers. The system facilitates project management and the application helps the producer on a daily basis, as a support, an extension of the IBS consultancy that can be accessed at any time in the palm of the hand.

In its 17 years of existence, the Instituto BioSistêmico has carried out more than 60 dairy farming projects with around 60,000 services carried out in 16 states, covering 23,000 producers, most of whom are from family farming. IBS' work in this segment covers an area estimated at 719,250 hectares.

For technical assistance to dairy farms, IBS provides three important mobile units equipped with a laboratory and support instruments for activities in the field: the Cow mobil (herd health and milk quality), the Ruffian mobil (reproductive management) and the Agromobil (property management and herd nutrition).
